At PKM Enterprises, we take great pride in the quality of our spices and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of spices, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
•Your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.
•The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
•You provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect items.
•The product remains unused and in its original packaging, where applicable.
No questions asked.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
•Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
•Products returned without prior approval.
•Bulk or wholesale orders, unless the issue is a result of our error.
